SafeHold Mobile brings incident reporting to your iPad or iPhone for the SafeHold Enterprise platform. Reported incidents are directed into your SafeHold back office solution, and drive the same notifications and workflows generated by the SafeHold desktop application. Picklists such as department and worker listings are automatically synchronised to the device on an incremental basis.

SafeHold Mobile supports offline use, automatically switching to offline mode where an Internet connection is unavailable. Once Internet reception is regained, incident reports can be pushed through. All transmissions are encrypted securely, along with any client information stored on the device such as worker listings and complete/underway reports.

SafeHold Mobile regularly saves entered content, and is fault-tolerant in the event the user runs out of battery or restarts the device before completing the report. A Continue page enables users to resume incomplete reports, and a History page enables users to view past content they have submitted. A Settings page enables the user to switch between dark and light themes, and to adjust the scale of the application for readability.

SafeHold Mobile is a multi-environment solution, and can support your Production / Training / Staging environments. Access to environments is made available via release keys, which you generate in the back office system. Note that release keys for SafeHold Mobile are managed separately to Back Office release keys - please contact dataPowder for assistance.

SafeHold Mobile is also a multi-user solution. User profiles are driven by the same user accounts found in your back office Enterprise platform. Multiple users can log into a device, and individual preferences, reports and history are applied for the user at the time of login.
